IOMP hat 13 derartige Gruppen, die ihre Aktivitäten, Ziele, Zuständigkeiten, Verantwortlichkeiten, Abschlussdatums und finanzielle Anforderungen in einem Konzept-Dokument ‚Review and Way forward’ mit Datum Aug. 2009 definiert haben. WEB-page der IOMP
Noch immer nicht sehr aktuell, langsam und fehlerbehaftet, z.B.: National Members Website. ÖGMP trotz mehrfacher Weitergabe der aktuellen Daten noch auf dem Stand von 2007.

IOMP has published, twice yearly, a bulletin that is sent to every medical physicist via the National Organizations. A Subcommittee of the Publications Committee has reviewed the future of the MPW. Way Forward: To implement the decision of Council regarding the future of MPW and if it accepts the recommendations of the Subcommittee to move to publishing Medical Physics World electronically only, and that the printed version of the newsletter should no longer be produced. The newsletter should focus principally on news and articles related to educational and professional concerns and events related to medical physics on an international scale, with the ultimate objective of publishing four electronic issues per year by 2012.
